Standard first-class shipping is free for purchases over $75.

We try to get your order ready for shipment as quickly as possible, which may limit our ability to edit your order or stop a package from shipping. Please reach out to us at orders@ihita.us with a specific request, and we will try our best to modify your order.

All orders are processed within one business day and should arrive within 5–7 business days after being shipped. An email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. You may also find the tracking information on our website.

Currently, we only offer domestic US shipping. For help finding Ihita formulations outside of the US, please email us at orders@ihita.us

We ship via USPS or UPS.

Our products are certified, authentic Ayurvedic formulations and have been synonymous with trust in the world of Ayurveda. We carefully formulate our products with the utmost care. However, if you’re unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Products must be purchased directly from www.ihita.us and be unused or nearly unused.

Please email us at orders@ihita.us with "RETURN" in the subject line. Please include your order number in the email. We will send you a return label for your shipment.

Once the returned product is received at our warehouse, a refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

A return shipping and processing fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund. If you opt for store credit, your return shipping and processing fee will be waived.

No, we can only accept returns for products purchased directly from www.ihita.us. If you purchased the product from another website or retail store, please refer to their return policy.
