WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
All orders are processed within 3 business days and should arrive within 5 business days after being shipped. An email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. You may also find the tracking information from our website.
DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
Currently we only offer domestic US shipping. Ayurveda enthusiasts from other countries, please email us at ihitaworld@gmail.com for help finding Ihita formulations outside of the US.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our products are certified, authentic Ayurvedic formulations and has been synonymous with trust in the world of Ayurveda. We carefully formulate our products with the utmost care. However, if you’re unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Product must be purchased directly from www.Ihita.us and be unused or nearly unused.
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT PURCHASED SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN THIS WEBSITE?
No, we can only accept returns for products purchased directly from www.Ihita.us. If you purchased the product from another website or retail store, please refer to their return policy.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Please email us at ihitaworld@gmail.com with the subject “RETURN” in the subject line. Please include the order number in your email. We will send you a return label for your shipment.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once the returned product is received at our warehouse, you will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
IS THERE A RETURN FEE?
A return shipping and processing fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund. You can opt for store credit and your return shipment and processing fee will be waived.
